Last updated: August 24, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Hosting Kingz (“Hosting Kingz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a form on this website, creating an account, registering a domain, or using hosting resources, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
This website is a static brochure. Plan prices are illustrative. A Hosting Kingz representative confirms the actual order, term, and renewal rate before any paid service begins. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Hosting Kingz does not publish a telephone number or street address; official notices use support@hostingkingz.com.
1. Who may use Hosting Kingz
You must be able to form a contract under the laws of the United States. If you use the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse service where we reasonably believe the use would violate these Terms, export rules, or registry policies.
Services are marketed to customers in the United States. You are responsible for any taxes, industry rules, or professional licensing that apply to the websites and mail you host.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for credentials, API tokens, SFTP keys, and anyone you invite to the control panel. Notify us promptly through the Help Center or Contact form if you believe an account is compromised.
We may require identity checks for domain transfers, WHOIS updates, or high-risk resource changes. We may suspend access when we detect credential stuffing, stolen card patterns, or abuse reports, pending review.
3. Description of services
Hosting Kingz provides shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, virtual private servers, cloud compute, reseller packages, dedicated servers, domain registration and transfer assistance, DNS hosting, TLS certificates, email mailboxes, backups, and related add-ons as described on hostingkingz.com at the time of order.
We may change underlying software versions (PHP, MySQL, control panel) with notice when the change would break a documented feature. Beta or preview features are provided as-is and may be withdrawn.
Illustrative storage, inode, or “unmetered bandwidth” figures on marketing pages are not a license to operate a content-delivery network, file locker, or streaming origin. Fair-use rules in Section 6 apply.
4. Orders, billing, and renewals
Orders submitted through this website are requests. A representative will confirm availability, promotional pricing, and the renewal rate. Fees are quoted in United States dollars unless we state otherwise.
Hosting is prepaid for the term you select (monthly or yearly). Domain registrations follow registry billing cycles, often one year. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension, then termination, then deletion of data after a grace period we communicate by email.
You authorize us to send invoices and renewal reminders to the email on file. It is your job to keep that mailbox working. We are not liable if a domain expires because a reminder landed in spam and you did not act.
Chargebacks opened without first contacting Hosting Kingz may result in immediate suspension. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, we may still decline to restore the account.
5. Refunds and the 30-day hosting window
New shared, WordPress, VPS, and cloud hosting plans include a thirty (30) day money-back window measured from the service start date confirmed by a representative, unless the order was custom dedicated hardware, a reseller block already provisioned to end clients, or a domain-related fee.
Domain registrations, transfers, premium names, and aftermarket purchases are generally non-refundable once submitted to a registry or aftermarket because those fees are consumed immediately. SSL certificates issued by public CAs follow the CA’s refund rules.
Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method when the processor allows it. Migration labor already performed may be deducted if you requested a white-glove move and then cancelled.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Hosting Kingz services to:
- Distribute malware, phishing kits, credential stealers, or exploit code;
- Send unsolicited bulk email, or operate an open relay;
- Host content that is unlawful in the United States, including CSAM, or that infringes copyright, trademark, or trade secrets;
- Run cryptocurrency miners, port scanners, or botnet command infrastructure;
- Attack other networks, including DDoS from or against our platform;
- Store or process cardholder data unless you maintain your own PCI-compliant application and tell us in writing;
- Resell dedicated resources on a shared plan, or exceed fair-use CPU, inodes, or mail volume after a warning;
- Interfere with other customers on a shared node through runaway cron jobs, uncached dynamic pages, or public file dumps.
We may throttle, quarantine, or suspend an account that harms the platform. We may report criminal activity to appropriate authorities. We are not a law firm and do not mediate disputes between you and third parties except as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act process described below.
7. Resource limits, email, and “unlimited” language
Where a plan says unmetered bandwidth, we still expect ordinary website traffic. Persistent saturation of a shared uplink, video hotlinking as a CDN replacement, or backups of third-party computers are not ordinary. We will ask you to upgrade to VPS, cloud, or dedicated service.
Email on shared plans is for low-volume transactional and mailbox use. Marketing blasts belong on a dedicated sending service with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. We may block ports or queues that emit spam complaints.
Inode, process, and I/O limits exist even when marketing copy emphasizes simplicity. A representative can quote those limits for your plan.
8. Domains, DNS, and transfers
Domain names are licenses from a registry, not property we sell as real estate. You must provide accurate registrant data. Some TLDs, including .us, have nexus or eligibility rules you must meet.
Transfers require an authorization code, an unlocked status, and approval from the losing registrar. We are not responsible for delays caused by the losing registrar, registry locks, or sixty-day transfer prohibitions after a previous change of registrant.
If you keep nameservers at another provider, you are responsible for A, AAAA, MX, and TXT records that make hosting and mail work. SSL issuance requires the domain to resolve to our platform unless you use DNS validation we support.
Expired domains may enter redemption. Redemption and restore fees are set by registries and are extra. We do not guarantee we can recover a name after deletion.
9. Content, licenses, and the DMCA
You retain ownership of the websites, images, and code you upload. You grant Hosting Kingz a limited license to store, back up, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the services.
If you believe material hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512 to support@hostingkingz.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Include your signature, a description of the work, the URL of the alleged infringement, your contact email, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may share the notice with the subscriber. Counter-notifications may be submitted by the subscriber under the statute.
Repeat infringers may lose their accounts. Trademark complaints should include evidence of the mark and the specific URLs.
10. Backups, uptime, and support
Backups are a best-effort safety net, not an archival product. You should keep your own offsite copy of critical sites. Restoration times depend on size and plan. We do not warrant that every file is recoverable after ransomware, accidental deletion older than the retention window, or a customer who overwrote the only copy.
Uptime targets such as 99.9% are service goals, not liquidated damages unless a separate written SLA says otherwise. Maintenance windows, registry outages, upstream network events, and your application bugs are excluded from any credit calculation we may offer as a courtesy.
Support is provided through the Help Center, Contact form, and email. We do not publish a phone number. Response times vary with severity. We do not write or debug your custom application code except as a paid, scoped engagement confirmed in writing.
11. Security and customer responsibilities
You must patch CMS cores, plugins, and themes. You must use unique passwords and, where offered, two-factor authentication. Compromised sites may be isolated to protect the node. Cleanup may be billed if the compromise resulted from abandoned software you refused to update after notice.
We provide TLS certificates as a convenience. You must not disable HTTPS in a way that leaks cookies. You must not store secrets in public repositories on the same account.
12. Reseller and dedicated terms
Resellers are responsible for their end clients’ content and acceptable use. We may contact an end client if the reseller is unresponsive during an abuse event. Dedicated hardware lead times, replacement parts, and remote-hands fees are quoted per order. You may not claim Hosting Kingz employees as your staff.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. Prepaid unused time is refundable only as described in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate immediately for unpaid invoices, AUP violations, legal process, or platform risk. After termination we may delete data following a short retention window. Export your sites before you cancel.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY USA LAW, HOSTING KINGZ DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT HOSTING WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR IMMUNE FROM ATTACK.
Third-party software (WordPress, panels, operating systems, certificates) is licensed by its publishers. We are not those publishers.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOSTING KINGZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO HOSTING KINGZ FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THAT PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE STATES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Hosting Kingz and its people against claims arising from your content, your visitors, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
17. Export, sanctions, and prohibited persons
You represent you are not on a USA government denied-party list and will not use the services in embargoed jurisdictions or for prohibited end uses. We may terminate accounts to comply with law.
18. Changes to the services or these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be flagged by email when we have a working address on file. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you reject a change, stop using the services and request cancellation.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state whose law would apply to a USA company providing remote hosting services to you, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not resolved informally lies in USA courts of competent jurisdiction. You and Hosting Kingz waive class actions to the extent allowed by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief for IP or abuse issues.
Before filing a claim, email support@hostingkingz.com with “Dispute” in the subject and wait thirty days while we try to resolve it, except where a temporary restraining order is needed.
20. Miscellaneous
These Terms plus any order confirmation from a representative are the entire agreement and supersede prior marketing chats. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains. We may assign the agreement in a merger or asset sale. You may not assign without our consent except to a surviving affiliate. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
