Last updated: August 24, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Hosting Kingz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit hostingkingz.com, submit a form, subscribe to email, or use hosting, domain, DNS, email, or related services.
This site is static and does not run a server-side database. Form submissions in your browser only show a confirmation message. When a production Hosting Kingz platform is connected later, the same categories of data described here still apply. We do not publish a telephone number or street address. Privacy requests go to support@hostingkingz.com.
This policy is written for customers and visitors in the United States. It is not legal advice. Registry operators, certificate authorities, and payment processors have their own policies when you use those parties.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
You may give us your name, work email, domain names of interest, hosting plan interest, message content, newsletter preference, unsubscribe reason, and any files or credentials you later share with a representative to complete a migration. Domain registration requires registrant contact data required by ICANN or the applicable registry, which may include name, email, and organization.
Do not put government ID numbers, full payment card numbers, or health records in the public Contact form. A representative will tell you a safer channel if identity checks are required.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Like most hosting companies, we may collect internet protocol addresses, browser type, device type, referring URLs, pages viewed, approximate region derived from IP, and timestamps. On a live hosting platform we also collect service logs: HTTP access logs, mail logs, authentication events, control-panel audit trails, and security alerts. These logs are operational, not marketing dossiers.
1.3 Information from others
Registries, losing registrars, spam blocklists, abuse desks, and your authorized team members may send us data needed to run DNS, stop abuse, or complete a transfer. If you pay through a processor, that processor handles card data under its own policy; Hosting Kingz prefers not to store raw card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to Contact, Help Center, subscribe, and unsubscribe requests;
- Quote, provision, bill, renew, and support hosting and domains;
- Issue TLS certificates and configure DNS and mail;
- Detect fraud, malware, spam, and resource abuse;
- Send service messages (invoices, downtime, SSL expiry, legal updates);
- Send optional product news if you subscribe—and stop when you unsubscribe;
- Comply with USA law, registry contracts, and valid legal process;
- Improve the website and documentation using aggregated, de-identified metrics where possible.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not rent customer lists to unrelated advertisers. If a future “share for cross-context advertising” ever applied, we would update this policy and honor USA opt-out laws.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The current static site uses no advertising pixels. Your browser may still store a preference we set later (for example, a dismissed banner). Analytics, if added, would use cookies or similar IDs to understand which hosting pages help USA visitors. You can block cookies in the browser; some features may then forget your UI state.
Essential cookies on a live control panel keep you logged in and protect against cross-site request forgery. Those are not optional if you want to administer hosting.
4. Hosting content and customer sites
Content you host (pages, images, databases, mailboxes) is your content. We access it to provide the service, migrate at your request, investigate abuse, or comply with law. Visitor data collected by your website (forms, analytics you install, e-commerce checkouts) is your responsibility. You are the controller of that data; Hosting Kingz is a processor or service provider for infrastructure only, unless a separate data-processing addendum says otherwise.
You must post your own privacy notice on sites that collect personal data from California residents or children, and you must not use our mail platform to violate CAN-SPAM.
5. When we disclose information
We disclose personal information to:
- Infrastructure, DNS, registry, certificate, anti-abuse, and email-filtering vendors who need it to perform the service;
- Professional advisers under confidentiality;
- A buyer in a merger or asset sale, with notice where required;
- Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by USA law, a warrant, or to protect people from imminent harm;
- Your authorized users and reseller end-customers as the account structure requires.
WHOIS or registration data directory services may publish or disclose domain contacts as the TLD policy requires. Privacy or proxy services, where offered, change what the public sees—not what the registry may still demand from us.
6. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and for a period afterward needed for tax, dispute, and abuse history—typically years, not days. Server logs rotate on a shorter cycle unless an investigation is open. Backups expire according to the plan. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not accidentally re-add you.
Deleted hosting files may linger in backups until those backups age out. Domain data follows registry retention rules we do not control.
7. Security
We use TLS on this website, access control on production systems, malware scanning on eligible plans, and staff practices aimed at least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You must protect CMS credentials and unique passwords. Report suspected incidents to support@hostingkingz.com with “Security” in the subject.
8. Children’s privacy
Hosting Kingz services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it. Teen-run websites still require an adult account holder who accepts the Terms of Service.
9. International visitors
We market to the United States. If you access the site from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in the USA. Do not submit data if that is unacceptable. We are not setting up a public EU representative on this static brochure; enterprise DPAs are negotiated by email if and when we take that customer.
10. USA state privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and others with consumer privacy statutes), you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of data, or an opt-out of certain targeted advertising or profiling. Hosting Kingz does not currently sell personal information as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
To exercise a right, email support@hostingkingz.com from the address we have on file and describe the request. We will verify you are the consumer or an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Some records must be kept for legal reasons even after a deletion request (for example, invoices or abuse evidence).
California residents may also request a list of categories of personal information disclosed for a business purpose. Sensitive information (such as account login in combination with a password) is used to provide the hosting account you asked for, not to infer characteristics for advertising.
Nevada residents may request that we not sell covered information; we do not sell it.
11. Email, CAN-SPAM, and unsubscribe
Transactional mail (invoices, password resets, incident notices) is part of the service. Marketing newsletters are optional. Use the Unsubscribe page or the link in a marketing email. We will process a valid unsubscribe as promptly as reasonably possible. Transactional mail may continue while you have an active hosting or domain product.
12. Automated decisions
Anti-spam and WAF systems may automatically block traffic that looks like an attack. That is security, not hiring or credit scoring. If a legitimate site is blocked, Contact us and a representative will review.
13. Third-party links
Our pages may link to social networks for sharing. Those networks have their own policies. Social profile URLs listed in the footer are brand destinations; visiting them is optional.
14. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a new date. Material changes that reduce your rights will be called out by email when we have a working address. Continued use of the site after the effective date means you acknowledge the update.
15. Contact
Privacy officer contact for Hosting Kingz: support@hostingkingz.com. We do not list a phone number or mailing street. If a regulator requires a postal channel, we will provide it directly to that regulator.
